 (अपराध के सबूतों को गायब करना या अपराधी को

 बचाने के लिए गलत जानकारी देना) और यौन अपराधों

 से बच्चों का संरक्षण (POCSO) अधिनियम के

 प्रावधानों के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया

पूछताछ में अंसारी ने बताया कि बच्ची पास की ही

 बिल्डिंग में रहती थी। खिलौने का लालच देकर वह 

उसे अपने घर लाया। रेप के बाद उसका गला रेत दिया

 फिर शव को बाथरूम की खिड़की से वेंटिलेशन शाफ्ट

 में फेंक दिया और फ़िर लोगों की भीड़ में शामिल हुआ.
